The “Studentenchor” is a musical offer made by the FSU Jena where everybody who wants to sing is welcome. The admission to our choir is uncomplicated and very easy: just come and sing along.
To avoid problems unskilled singers may have, they will be introduced to our voice trainer Madlen Hiller to be classified into the right parts (soprano, alto, tenor or bass voice). There is also the opportunity to take part in a voice training during the rehearsals.

Currently our choir is under the direction of Christoph Lutz.

Everybody keen to join the choir is warmly welcome to sing along with us every Monday, 7 pm till 9:30 o´clock pm in the big Hall at ABF, Arbeiter und Bauernfakultät (here is a map)

Chorusing does not only consist of music that is why the sweaty rehearsals are followed by a collective visit of the “Quergasse No.1 ” to slack thirst.
